Piedmont
Hills Club Memberships at Piedmont are limited. Membership requires a one-time membership initiation fee of $125.00, and an annual dues of $250.00. Once all fees are paid the member may use all club facilities (subject to club rules). The initiation fee buys the member a 'share' in the pool. The initiation fee is non-refundable, but the membership may be sold or transfered to another person. Membership sales and transfers must be recorded by the club secretary. The annual dues must be paid by June 1 of each year. On this date the locks at the pool are rekeyed, and only members who are paid in full will be given a copy of the new key. All members must agree to follow club rules, which are posted here. Each membership is for a single household, which means it is for the use of people who currently reside at the address indicated on the membership. Extended family members may swim as guests, subject to the guest policies in the club rules.
