Hills Club
As per club rules, any member is entitled to have parties for a fee and a deposit. A party is defined as 10 or more guests at any one time. Party reservations do not ever give exclusive use to the pool. The largest patio cover may be reserved but the remainder of the club should remain open to any member. The member making reservations must be present throughout the entire party to assure that safety rules are observed and that the grounds are completely cleaned including bathrooms. Non-member guests for a scheduled party must leave the facility after the reserved party times. Members having parties MAY NOT PROP OPEN THE FACILITY GATE! Reservations for parties shall be made with Andrew Neal at 544-2034. Parties may be scheduled from 1PM-5PM or from 6PM-10PM. All party fees are $100, with a $50 deposit. Members may receive a 50% discount on the fees for a single party by helping maintain the facilities or grounds. Contact Andrew Neal for details. All deposits are due at least 3 days in advance of the party. Please use 2 checks - one check for the party charge and one for the deposit. Reservations will be posted on the calendar of the club web site. Lifeguards are required for all parties, and lifeguard fees are included in the party fee. Parties over 40 guests require two lifeguards, with the second lifeguard at the members expense. Damage deposits will be returned once the club property and furniture has been inspected the following day. We will require at least 3 days to return your deposit if everything is found to be satisfactory. The Board of Governors reserves the right to stop any party if they feel the rules are being abused.
